Upload Your Initial Package & Submit for Underwriting — Fast
Move from “disclosed” to “Underwriting Submitted” in a clean, predictable flow. This short walkthrough shows you exactly how to upload your full initial doc package, verify it’s all there, and submit the file for an underwriting decision—without back-and-forth emails or missing pieces.
What you’ll accomplish
- Know exactly what to upload: Grab the Underwriting Submission Minimum Requirements checklist so you never miss a doc.
- Upload in minutes: Drag-and-drop your PDFs (one file or many—any order) and let the system sort them on the back end.
- Keep notes where they belong: Add a brief cover letter in your upload package instead of typing notes in the portal so the underwriter sees it every time.
- Verify at a glance: Use the Uploads tab in eDocManager to confirm your documents landed—great for mid-upload interruptions.
- Submit with confidence: Click Submit to Lender, confirm, and watch your status flip to Underwriting Submitted—then get guided next steps if anything’s missing.
Why it matters
- Fewer touches, fewer conditions: A complete, organized package reduces suspense conditions and redraws.
- Clear ownership: Everything lives in one place (and is easy for your CAM and UW to review).
- Predictable speed: Clean submission → cleaner review → faster decision.
What you’ll do (step-by-step)

- Your Customer Account Manager (CAM) will validate completeness, route to UW, and email you if anything’s missing.
